GM & Head Coach Mark Readman Moving On

After three impactful seasons, the Princeton Posse announces the departure of General Manager and Head Coach Mark Readman. Coach Readman’s leadership fostered an environment of growth, culminating in back-to-back regular season titles and commendable playoff runs that saw the Posse in the League Finals in 2023 and Conference Finals in 2024. The Posse community extends heartfelt gratitude for his tireless dedication, which elevated both the team and the individual players he worked with. Posse President Randy McLean expresses sincere appreciation on behalf of the Board for Mark’s tireless work ethic, contributions as a young leader and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

Mark Readman provided the following farewell message to the Posse and community of Princeton.

All I can do is thank everybody in the community of Princeton and the entire Posse organization for everything they have done for me over the last three years. Everyone here welcomed me at 25 years of age with open arms and really made it home. To Randy McLean and the board members, along with Mark McNaughton, thank you for trusting me with the program and allowing me to pursue a vision of success here with Princeton Posse and supporting us in our quest for Teck Cup Championships. It was a wild ride with some phenomenal memories that I will carry for a lifetime. Princeton will always hold a spot near and dear to my heart and I will always be proud to have represented the Princeton Posse organization.

As we navigate this transition, we recognize the foundation Coach Readman has laid and prepare to embark on a new era. The search for our next General Manager and Head Coach begins immediately, with interested candidates encouraged to apply to Mark McNaughton, Head of Operations, at markm@kijhlposse.org. The Princeton Posse remains committed to upholding a standard of excellence for our players and community and looks forward to the next phase of our journey.
