Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club’s 2025 Main Camp Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
All participants must be registered with the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club and have completed the required registration form and waiver.
Registration for participants 18 years of age or younger must be completed by their legal guardian.
Participants must meet the age and skill level requirements set forth by the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club.
- Conduct and Discipline:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the camp staff may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the camp without a refund.
- Attendance and Punctuality:
Participants must attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
Absences or tardiness may affect the participant’s evaluation and future opportunities with the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club.
- Equipment:
Participants must provide their own hockey equipment including certified neck protection.
All participants not carded by the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club must wear full facial protection.
All equipment must meet safety standards and be in good condition and meet the participant’s playing requirements from their 2024-2025 season.
The Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
- Health and Safety:
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies on the registration form.
Participants are responsible for bringing any necessary medications and informing the camp staff of their usage.
The Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the camp if they are deemed unfit to participate for health or safety reasons.
- Injury and Liability:
Participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with hockey.
The Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club, the Town of Princeton, the Princeton & District Arena, and all affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the camp.
Participants must have their own medical insurance coverage.
- Media and Photography:
By participating in the camp, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes by the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club.
Participants will not receive any compensation for the use of such media.
- Communication:
All camp-related communications will be sent via the email address provided during registration.
Participants and their guardians are responsible for regularly checking their email for updates and information.
- Modifications and Cancellations:
The Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club reserves the right to modify the camp schedule or activities as needed.
In the event of camp cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Agreement to Terms:
By registering for the Princeton Posse Junior Hockey Club’s 2025 Main Camp, participants and their guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the participant’s dismissal from the camp without a refund.
