Brusse and Schmor Named to the 2017-2018 KIJHL Top Prospects Game
- Submitted by

We are excited to announce that two of the Posse's brightest young Sophomores have been named to this years KIJHL Top Prospects game.  Noah Brusse and Ethan Schmor will be members of Team Okanagan Conference at the event which will take place January 13th in Kelowna.

Noah Brusse has been both an imposing and steady force for the Posse this season.  Through 33 games he has found success in all situations within the game and plays a key role on the Posse Blueline night in and night out.  "Noah has had an outstanding second year so far.  He has brought his game up to a maturity level you don't often see out of 17 year olds at our level.  His consistancy and physical presence has made him an easy choice in most crucial situations every game.  I am excited to see his hard and growth being recognized. " Says Coach McNaughton

Ethan Schmor, the 17 year old product of Langley has found his footing as an offensive threat in his second season with the club.  A skilled Right Winger, Ethan has managed to find his way on to the score sheet most games this season.  through 35 games he has lit the lamp 10 times and has added 19 assists.  "Ethan has developed a great deal in his time with the Posse.  It was always clear that he would produce at this level but Ethan has also worked tirelessly to develop his 200 foot game and that along with his natural offensive skill has him on everyone's radar."  adds Coach McNaughton.

This will be the second year that this event has been held in Kelowna and provides scouts and fans alike a great opportunity to see the great young talent the KIJHL has to offer.

This Game will be Held at 2:00 PM at the Rutland Arena,  Saturday January 13th.
